We make our pizza dough daily with flour imported from Italy and offer a wide array of sauce and topping combinations, created with fresh natural ingredients, all baked in a flash in our wood fired oven. We also offer a gluten free pizza.
Our Wines
We enjoy being less than an hour from the Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico’s premier wine-growing region, which produces roughly 90% of all the wine that comes from Mexico today. We have great friendships with many of the local wineries and love bringing our favorites to our clients. We offer over 150 different bottles from our cellar.

Berries & Cream, and the most delicious tiramisu, one of our house-made dessert offerings, is such a constant favorite, chef makes it every day!

Visit Brown Dog Gelato, next door to Ollie’s, for authentic Italian Gelato, made daily in house, in small batches with fresh premium ingredients and lots of love. Our fresh organic coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico is blended and roasted especially for Brown Dog. Our skillful baristas can make your coffee any way you like. Along with Baja’s best gelato and coffee, we bake fresh cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins daily, and offer malty and delicious Belgian Liege Waffles, made to order every morning until noon.
